This Privacy Policy explains how KidzKourtRoom Entertainment, Inc. (“KidzKourtRoom”, “we”, “us”) handles information in connection with the website kidzkourtroom.com (the “Site”). By using the Site, you agree to the practices described here.

1. A note on children’s data

The Site is directed to adults — educators, school and district administrators, parents, and organizational partners. The KidzKourtRoom™ Level 1 Pilot program does not collect, store, or process any student personal data. All program sessions use pre-written fictional cases only; no real student conflicts and no participant personal information are involved. This is a structural design decision, aligned by design with COPPA and FERPA principles.

2. Information we collect

We collect two kinds of information:

• Information you provide. When you submit our contact form, we collect the details you enter: your name, your email address, who you are, and any optional message.
• Information collected automatically. Like most websites, we use analytics that collect standard technical data such as your approximate location, device and browser type, pages viewed, and how you reached the Site. This is done through Google Analytics using cookies.

3. How we use information

• To respond to your inquiries and send the materials you request.
• To communicate with you about the program, if you asked us to.
• To understand how the Site is used and to improve it.

4. Service providers

We use trusted third parties to operate the Site. Our contact form is processed by Formcarry, and site analytics are provided by Google Analytics. These providers process data on our behalf under their own privacy terms. The Site also links to external pages (for example, Amazon); those sites have their own privacy policies, which we do not control.

5. How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers described above, as needed to operate the Site, or where required by law.

6. Data retention

We keep the information you submit for as long as needed to respond to you and to keep a reasonable record of our communications, and then delete or anonymize it.

7. Your choices and rights

You may ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information you have provided. If a parent or guardian believes a child has submitted personal information to us, please contact us and we will delete it. To make any request, email us at the address below.
